I forgot that each of the nose ribs have two rivet holes that need to be back drilled when installed into the tank, so I reassembled the tank, back drilled the two holes in each rib, removed it again, deburred it, dimpled and re-installed into the tank...slow progress. I also installed the fuel cap, and machine counter sunk the rear skin where it gets riveted to the rear baffle plate. I still need to do the same for the fuel drain and then make the fuel cap support bracket for the breather line. But all things going OK it should be a go for the first stage of assembly when the stiffeners get back riveted in place...first encounter with pro-seal, should be interesting.
