Brief Description:  Etch primed rudder

After teh rudder was sanded back to blend the filler with the fiberglass trips, I removed the blue plastic, gave teh whole rudder a going over with a scotch brite pad, cleaned it up with thinners and gave it a single cote of etch primer.
