Because of the limited access on the inboard end because of the elevator horn, getting a good bend on the skin was quite difficult, but lots of perseverance got the job done. The bearing where also installed and set to 13/16 from the forward face of the spar, the end bearing could probably be rotated another half a turn to square up the elevator to the horizontal stab....
