Ian came over on Wednesday night and gave me a hand to assemble and back drilled the flap, it took us 2 horus to get the whole lot done.
One Friday night I back drilled deburred and dimpled the parts and cleaned them up for etch priming.
This morning I etch primed the skins, and ribs and while this was drying I counter sunk the bottom of the flap spar where the hinge will attach before then etch priming it.
Given that its quite damp here and the temps are low, I will now leave all of this for a good day before commencing the assembly and riviting.
