Brief Description: Fuel tank stiffeners, drain and filler
Last night I started work on the right tank, Ian came over and gave me a hand to hold everything in place, insert rivets etc. once this was done I back riveted the stiffeners, 15 minutes and it was all done. The fuel drain was then riveted into place before a quick clean up, and then moving onto the filler neck on the top side of the tank. With this complete I gave the tops of the rivets a coat of proseal to make sure there are no leaks and then we tidied up the tools before the proseal started to set.
