Once the aileron was lined up, I clecoed the flap in place and lined it up with the 1/4 gap between the aileron and outboard edge of flap and then placed a strait edge across the top of both to adjust the height of the flap relative to the aileron. Once this was complete the bottom hinge was back drilled, deburred and riveted in place.
