On Sunday, Dusan gave me a hand to rivet the top skins. Initially because I didn’t' have a large enough weight, I got Dusan to drive the rivets with the gun and flush set, while I bucked. This give a reasonable result, but then I had the idea of using the back riveting plate held against the rivets while they are back riveted using a double offset back riveting attachment. Dusan held the plate in place and applied pressure while I back riveted. The finish is just beautiful; it looks like the rivets are just sitting in the holes with no skin distortion at all. I'll try to use this technique for the other wing etc.
