Brief Description: Install elevator skeleton

When I riveted the elevator horn in place I managed to crack the powder coating on one corner of the horn, so I touched it up with some etch primer, I was a bit disappointed, but its all going to be painted anyway.

A dab of RTV at the joint of each stiffener
