Brief Description: Installing the wings to drill the rear spars
Drilling the rear spar we leveled the fuselage and dropped 4 pumb bobs to determine the seep of the wings and adjusted to within 1 mm of rearward sweep.
We then checked and adjusted the angle of attack of both wings to make them equal and ensure we still met the edge distance requirements for the rear spar.
With this done, we made up a drilling block to ensure that we drilled the holes in the rear spar square and inserted the bolts on each side.
Interestingly enough with the wings set to 0 degree sweep there is an edge distance problem with the bottom gap seal of the fuselage skin to wing overlap, so I have decided to just drill new holes when I do the final assembly.
