I have been plugging away at the cowl for the last week spending about 1.5 to 2 hours each night to get the fit to a reasonable standard.
Tonight I finally installed and back drilled the horizontal hinges, which I am goingto install from the cockpit forwards so that there is no need for an external retainer.
