Mounted and drilled angle brackets for rollbar installation.
Installed rollbar and rear support bracket and back drilled all holes into the rollbar, raear former and top skin.
Drilled rear rollbar bolt holes and then countersunk rear screw holes, which are hidden by the side skin. Filed outboard angle brackets to follow side skin contour.
Finished drilling the left and right internal 3/16 holes into the rollover bar, followed by drilling the side skins to #19 and dimpling for number six screws.
The forward top and bottom screw holes where then countersunk before being drilled to #21 and then having a thread cut with a 8-24 tap.
I also made some cover plates to hide the bottom of the support backets, I am not sure if they will interfear with the forward tipup canopy, guess I shall see...now onto the forward tipup / instrument panel installation.
