Brief Description: Installed wings and hooked up controls

This morning I was up at 4am for the drive to the airport, got there at 6:30am and put in a huge day installing the wings, fuel lines, aileron cables and Pitot lines. I still have two wing bolts on each side to install, wow are they a tight fit, I have not seen or heard any mention of this on the Matronics ‘Zenith List’, but given that Clive (a friend who is also building an 601XL) had the same issues, I am sure that others must be putting up with the same hassles of difficult wing spar installations.
My plan for this week is to finish painting the wheel pants and then to take the cowl and wheel pants to the airport next weekend for installation. I hope to also finish the installation of the 4 remaining wing bolts.
After all that I forgot to take the camera with me today, oh well, I'll added some photo's of the cowl with its blue stripe instead, I completed this last night after getting back from dropping the plane off.
