Well so far so good, just kidding, this part is a no brainer. After fitting the rubber trim I again centered the canopy on the fuselage and then set about making a template to ensure that the rear canopy hoop will actually fit the inside of the canopy properly. After the first trial fitting, it seems that I am only a little oversized, with the bend at the ends of the tube being a little to large. I'll have to get Anne-Marie to give me a hand tomorrow night so that we can hold both sides square on the canopy and fuselage to ensure I am not fooling myself.
