I have to admit, when I looked at the drawing that depicts the layout and routing of the cables I was a little dubious that things were not going to be rubbing, but they don't, there is just enough seperation that the cables miss each other. Anyway after the rudder pedal installation was completed, I decided that seeing as I was on a roll that I might as well finish this part of the job, so I installed the elevator cables as well, again none of this is hard, its just a little time consuming when you doing it on your own, because you have to ensure that you don't pull any kinks into the cables, other than that the installation is quite painless. And its good to have another job finished. I have been putting off completing the fiber glass fairing for the rudder, but I have now run out of excuses, this is going to be one of the next jobs before I move back to the firewall and instrument panel.
