Brief Description: Installed firewall and level fuse
I wasted lots of time leveling the fuse, and then trying to set the angle of the firewall to 77 degrees, each time you move one thing, something else changes, so you are continuously chasing your tail. I gave up on the suggested method for setting the firewall angle using a template and went to Bunnings and bought an angle finder last night, absolutely fantastic tool and its magnetic as well so you can just stick it to the firewall and have you hands free to do other things, like apply clamps etc.
Firewall clamped to front fuse at 77 degrees
Proof that the angle is correct at 77 degrees
And the firewall is square to the aircraft center line
