Before I finished for the day I installed the hinge for the door, I sware the hinge was cut by a butcher, I had to clean it up before I could get it to rotate without binding. I then slid the hinge between the fuse skin and back drilled, I then used the hinge as a template to back drill the door, once both sides had been drilled I dimpled the hinge and the door. The door still needs its corners radiused, as well as fitting the floating nut plates to the fuse, maybe a job for tomorrow night. The rear formers will then be pop riveted in place in preparation for fitting the side skins.
