I am using the same method as Zentih siggested, using the rivet gun and a pin punch to drive out the solid rivets, some come out quite easily, outers seem to jam, I think I need to try a slightly larger pin punch, will get one from Bunnings tomorrow.
2hrs drill out skin rivets 2hrs drill centers on solid rivets
Top skin rivets removed
Solid rivets center drilled #40
