Brief Description: Aileron access cover and dimpling of RR#7-9
I removed the remainging ribs, deburred, dimpled and coated with Cortec, while the Cortec was drying, I cut the alieron access cover to the correct size to fit the hole I had cut in the wing skin previously. After cleaning up the edges I clamped the cover to the backing plate to line it up to match the nut plates. Once this was done I drilled the holes silghly oversize to allow easier fitting. Now I just need to position the bottom plate in the wing skin, back drill, dimple and rivet in place. Thanks again Dusan for making the bottom access plate spacer and solid riveting the nut plates in place.
