Brief Description: Dimple the bottom rear skin and nose skin trailing
Dusan came over and gave me a hand to dimple the bottom rear skin, we moved the dimple press out near the end of the wing so that we could just slide the skin along rather then try and hold it without putting creases in it. This worked fine up to a point, but we eventually had to support the skin completely between the two of us and line up the holes to dimple, not an impossible task especially if you take your time. Once this was done we laid the skin back on the wing skeleton and started removing RR#1 to RR#4 to deburr and dimple. Also decided that at this point there was no reason why I could not drill all the holes in the bottom skin to their correct size while the ribs where removed so the holes where first enlarged with a #30 and then a #w0 drill but. I ended up continuing with this approach in the follwing days as I slowly removed the remaining ribs to deburr, dimple and corrosion proof. The last item that was dimpled was the trailing edge of the nose skin where it connects to the main spar.
