Counter sunk the aileron hinge because it was too think to dimple, also finished dimpling the 20mm lip in the front of the aileron skin and coated all internal parts with Cortec primer. Once this had dried I re-assembled the aileron and pop riveted the skin to set the 2.5 degrees washout in the aileron tip, this can just be seen in image 2.
