Brief Description: Fuel tank finger strainer cover
This is the second flush mounting plate, the first one was a learning experience with the the nut plates and solid rivets. I eventually found that the bottom of a bolt I had in the garage had a very slightly curver surface which produced a nice rivet head with three taps of the hammer. I scrapped the first recessed plate after stuffing around for two hours. the second one took half the rime to make and came out much better as can be seen in the photo's.
