After having maked all the skins the previous evening, I spent this evening drilling all the skins with #40 pilot holes on the top, bottom and front face of the aileron. After this was compeleted, I slid the 3 standard ribs into the skin after marking the rib center lines and back drilled the front face of the ribs. Marked the end of the aileron skins with the required cut out marks for the end rib and cut the skin with tin snips and filled smooth. Marked out the required rivet pitch and back drilled with #30 dilll. Inserted a 13mm wedge under the right aileron O/B tip and back drilled along the lateral axis to set the 2.5 degree washout in the aileron.
