Brief Description:  Casting bob weight and modifying arm

I starting today off by casting the first two halves of the balance weights, this was pretty strait forward to do and Ian's mould works great, however my gas torch does not like being held at greater that a 90 degree angle and kept going out, thus the tide makes you can see in the bob weight. A little filler and paint should sort that out though.

Making the various angles to change the sweep of the mass balance arm was more of a change, but I finally got there.

Worst job was trying to drill the two halves of the weights, wow was that a pain in the bum, and I broke one drill as it just jamed in the lead. I had to back it out with a pair of pliers.

Having done the first weight, you;d think the second would be easier, stay tuned for more action tomorrow eveing.
