Wow this was a cow of a job, looking at what is left, the re-installation is going to be worse, but the additional strength this upgrade has added to the center spar and the extra weight is quite amazing.
Even though Zenith have not tested all these mods, I have no hesitation about installing this upgrade and resuming flight. Compared to the original this is chalk and cheese.
Now I am guessing its going to take me about 3 weekends ++ to get this installed again...sigh
