Reinstalled pilot door and hinge pin. Cut the rear pin to the proper length against the rear angle. Door operation is smooth. Taped a 5mm set of washers to the bubble and sited the position of the gas arm. Drilled the holes and greased the ball joints. Installed the gas cylinder. Next, need to fabricate the door leading edge latch.
