Brief Description: Added fuel shutoff valve, found wiring fault
Wed Dean worked on adding a fuel shutoff valve between the Skytec header tank and the left wing. He also replaced the shunt's in line fuse crimp that was intermittent with a solder sleeve. Today we troubleshot the gauge problems we were having for the fuel pressure and oil pressure. Both gauges' values did not move and did not indicate zero. We traced the wiring and wire hookups and they all checked good. Dean put the ohm meter on the 5v power wire that comes from the EMS and is shared by both sensors and flap sensor. He discovered a bad crimp that was causing the faulty indications. They are now fixed.
