Set up the cleco's. Gently folded the top of the horizontal stabilizer over using a 1x2, 6' long to avoid kinking the skin.
Pulled the skin into place, and cleco'd into position. Measured stabilizer mid-point and marked. Measured elevator hinge mid-point and marked that. Will need to insert hinge between skin and aft spar, then updrill to #30, then updrill again to #20.
