Brief Description:  Fuel Selector installation

Frustrating, but made progress.

Installed keylog safety switch and trim selector switch and fuel selector valve in the console top panel. Fuel selector frustrating because the builder really needs the two elbow fittings on each side to be at the correct "bend" to remain tight after the installation of the fuel lines from the wing tanks. Applied teflon fuel sealant to the fitttings then attached the fuel lines coming from the torque tube tunnel to the fittings. The left side loosened up, and with the angle of the line, it could not remain tight. Removed the elbow and used an NPT tap to allow an extra 270 deg of rotation in the elbow, allowing a tight fit. Cleco'd tge console section into place.

Cut rubber fuel line to length and connected to the fuel line using worm gear clamps. This is the final section of the aft-of-the-firewall line, connecting the output of the fuel selector to the gascolator before it loops around and exits the firewall for connection to the carburetor.
