Brief Description: final elevatr ctrl rod install / verify motor mou

Obtained the correct AN3-13 drilled bolt to connect the elevator control rod to the elevator bellcrank. Took some doing to get the cotter pin installed correctly due to access to that area.
Removed the upper window and left side upper door sills (both upper & lower halves) in order to place a straightedge across the cabin frame. The upper frame tubes are to be perpendicular to the front of the motor mount to ensure correct flight profile. It checked out just fine.
