Brief Description:  Trial fit of Right Fwd Fuse Side Assy

I was just about getting to a completion state with the test-fitting of fwd fuselage parts, so I dug out the right side skin assembly. These are pre-made from the factory, but must be test-fit in the fuselage to make sure the long aft longeron is not too long, preventing proper assembly.

The right side checked out (haven't done left yet), but the leading edge of the aft fuselage skin (where the triangular gusset is, didn't fit too well at first. Had to use a awl to coax the holes to line up properly. Fortunately, the fwd fuse parts are only pilot-drilled, allowng the final up-drilling to correct the small discrepancies that remained.

Once I knew the side would mate correctly, I then tried it on the lower fwd fuselage subassembly. This required removing cleco's from the side edges that hold the skin to the side longerons. The side skin assy fits under the fuse floor but above the longerons. There were some areas in the rear that will require slight trimming to fit correctly.
