First action was to install the fire extinguisher mounting bracket onto the front seat support on the pilot's side. Marked locations, drilled, deburred, and fastened with MS machine screws.
Second step was to measure, mark, and drill bolt holes in the end bracket for the torque tube rear suspension cross bar.
Third task was to install cotter pins in the brake pedals mounted to the top of the rudder pedals. First had to adjust the angle of the brakes. This was trial and error. Finally got both lined up; mounted hardware and finalized with cotter pin installation.
Fourth task was to install special thread sealang on the tapered fittings. Four separate fittings - one on each brake pedal, and one on each caliper.
Lastly, measured, marked, and drilled four seat back support angles that mount in each rear corner of both seat pans. Could not rivet into location because I ran out of the stainless steel rivets.
