Brief Description: Finish left flaperons / start right flaperons
I had previously pilot drilled the left flaperons. Today I up-drilled to AN3 size on the flaperon brackets, and AN4 for the mounting bracket. A sleeved bushing goes in the AN4 hole, and washers ride over top of the bushing. An AN3 bolt then goes in with regular washers. This pinches the bushing such that the bushing is what pivots in the wing mount bracket. Make sense?
I then positioned, clamped, and pilot drilled the right flaperons. These went easier as there was plenty of room; didn't have to grind on the wing mount brackets as I did on the inner left.
