A few days ago, I installed the first of 4 flaperon counterweights. Today I installed the remaining 3.
Note that these still have to be drilled out / shaved / whatever to remove mass to have them balance the flaperons. Balancing is done as part of the flaperon-to-wing installation so toady's activity was just drilling and up drilling holes in the flaperons.
