After torqueing the cylinders, it was time to install the pushrods, rocker arms, shafts, etc.
I had 3 lengths of pushrods, although there are supposed to only be 2 - stock and +.030. I had 5 stock, 2 +.030, and one that was JUST a bit longer than +.030, so it ws probably just a +.030.
Since it was a new cam grind and new cylinders, I had no way of knowing what should go where, so I just atarted plugging them in. When a given cylinder is at TDC, there is supposed to be a roceker arm-to-valve stem clearance of .030 to .110"
After installing everything, I had 4 pushrods/rocker combo's that were far greater than .110". None were too small of a gap. Went to bed.
