Brief Description: Paint underside of horizontal stab & elevator

After letting the top side of the horizontal stabilizer and elevator dry for 2 days, I set up my sawhorses again and sprayed the underside. Not quite as good as the top side, but acceptable; plus, I won't know for sure until the paint has cured a bit longer.
Also painted some of the extraneous parts: the hell hole cover, the horiz stab side mount plates, and the upper mount points for the top of the fuselage to support the horizontal stabiliizer. Of course, the big piece I really wanted to paint, the upper panel cover, I completely forgot about.
