Brief Description: More motor mount alignment & vinyl side trim
Noticed that during my driving-in the 4 main motor mount bolts, the upper bolts fell out. Had to use small pry bar to re-align the holes and reinsert the bolts.
Still confused abuot the "correct" angle for the mount, based on starting point. Re-measured afer ensuring all 6 bolts were tight, and measurements were off quite a bit. Removed the shims I put in last night and remeasured. Kept changing digital levels. Finally decided to reinsert the shims. Seems OK, but better tolerance on left side compared to right. Gave up until I talk to Roger tomorrow.
Got out the right side vinyl trim pieces and with my wife's help got them positioned and taped in place. See pic below. Had to reposition 3 times to make sure the vertical and horizontal positioning was just right to avoid the window opening and lower longeron fit.
