Mounted the OAT probe and soldered connection to eis lead. Made up a ground lead, crimped a spade terminal on it, and connected to the grounding block.
I realized the other day that when I was populating the EIS DB25 connector, the instructions said that the cylinder one vs two discernment had marks on the cable ends. Nope. Nothing there. Removed the DB25 connector and used my multimeter to sort out cyl 1 vs 2 CHT and EGT leads. Marked the wires with my heat-shrink ltubing labeler.
Fabricated backup battery hold down and installed batt. Ran wires to panel switch and ground
Riveted gps ant shelf to the firewall so it will be under the dowling..Mounted the two GPS antennae (EFIS moving map and ADS-B WAAS GPS) and connected to ads and efis.
