Brief Description: getting close to finishing the wiring

No pictures. Connected the left and right fuel sender wires to the EIS via the 4.8 volt excitation connection. Connected the left and right nav and strobe lights to their respecitve breakers and ran the ground connection. Other misc cleanup / organization of harness tasks.
