Brief Description: Install right side seat sliders / install grommets
Unbundled the right side seat adjuster sliders and bolted to seat base. Ran the cable that ties both together allowing both sides to slide at once.
Cleaned up seat pans for both sides; deburred, smoothed with scotchguard wheel and manual tool. Removed powder coating from pins at bottom of seat backs; was too thick to go thru hole in seat back stop.
Checked the torque on the seat base mounting nuts. They're AN5s, which are 12 ft lbs or so of torque. Of course these are going thru nutplates, not AN HW, and they also have 1/4" thick rubber cushions. I thought I over cranked them the other day, but they were WELL within torque spec.
Lastly, up-drilled firewall holes to support the silicone hi-temp grommets I'm using around each of the cables thru the firewall - mixture, 2 throttle cables, and carb heat.
