Brief Description:  Drill lower instrument panel-to-cabin frame.

When I last had the panel and upper panel skin installed last time, I -duh- forgot to drill the lower flange of the panel. This locks-in the angle of the panel for correct alignment with the upper panel skin. This allows the panel to remain in position while wiring, controls, etc., are installed.

I decided to go back and do this step now, because my next panel tasks are to cut large holes in the left and right side for the EFIS and map box, respectively.

Sometime soon I will be installing the engine mount in place as well, since the upper legs of that tie-in with the cabin frame front tubes. These must be bolted in place before the upper panel is installed (well, it's a lot easier to NOT have to contort to get under the panel). Once I'm done with the panel removal (again), I will drill the penetrations for the firewall to allow the installation of the cabin heat systems, holes for the throttle, mixture, and cabin heat cables, etc.
