Brief Description: Finalize metal on left doorframe
After initial fitting of gussets etc,. the frame no longer fit flat on the table with the top front corner blocked as per manual.
Removed the outer gussets (were just cleco'd) and adjusted the frame using a crescent wrench as described in the Zenith builder's guide. Several adjustments, then it would lay flat. Tested by instsalling the hinge pins and ensuring smooth swing operation.
Removed hinge pins and identified the locations on the rails to drill rivet holes.
