Went hunting for some stainless washers for the outside-side of the buikhead connectors. Could not find any, but did find some cad-plated.
Installed bulkhead connectors in previously drilled holes. Attached one end of my fuel line that had a connector on it, and checked the routing on the inside of the vertical channel. Identified the location where I should cut for allowing the fuel line to exit the channel and run up to the bulkhead. Opened two holes and cut out the middle with a cutoff wheel. Filed smooth.
Determined the lower cut line for the fuel hose where it will connect with the left lower fuel drain on the bottom of the fuselage. Cut the line and attached another fitting onto the bottom. Can't install yet because I'm still waiting on the lower tee fitting. Installed yet another fitting onto the end of the remaining fuel line in preparation for the right side.
Drilled one additional smaller hole on the right side to allow the wires for the strobes & fuel sending unit to pass into the fuselage.
Drilled three additional smaller holes on the left side; one for the wires, plus one each for pitot and static lines.
