Brief Description: Pack main wheel bearings, mount MLG wheels
Packed 4 wheel bearing halves with bearing grease; could not use my bearing packer tool since one side of these bearings had a grease seal that could not be removed. I didn't want to just use the tried and true old method of scraping the bearings in one's palm loaded with grease, so I found an old medicine syringe and trimmed the tip a bit. This would fit between the rollers and fit between the inner and outer races of the bearings. Slow, but it worked. Was also able to peel back the grease seal to inject grease from the other side as well. Lifted up the fuselage to allow the wheels to slide on the axles and they mounted right up. Installed the locking nut as well but have not installed the large cotter pins.
