Brief Description: Wrapped up right side, started top panel

Deburred right wing components C75-F-3-1 and F-4-1. Cleco'd into position to provide rigidity at the front of the skin during manipulation. Marked and drilled the front vertical post (F-4-1) for the 1/8" thick L angle doubler. Up-drilled to #20. Riveted the two parts. Moved R wing panel to the wing cradle. Unwrapped the top skin; deburred all edges and all holes. Deburred the 7 vertical and diagonal L-angle stiffeners and cleco'd into position.
