Brief Description:  Debur Nose Rib Skin & Main Spar; initial fit flape

Since pulling-down the upper portion of the nose rib skin was such a bear, I figured that I could just remove *some* of the cleco's which would allow the skin to pop up enough for deburring. It worked! Now I don't have to use the ratchet straps to re-install, and yet all skins remain located where I want them.

Deburred upper & lower portions of the main spar, since it doesn't come with holes drilled; had to start with #40, progress to #30, then ultimately #20. Deburred the top and bottom of the two nose rib skins as well, since they were drilled to final size.

Positioned the flaperon attach brackets and the reinforcing L-angles; evidently I messed up two of the brackets, so cut new brackets to length, clamped in place, and drilled through. Still have to drill thru the pilot holes in the lower skin to locate the holes in the L-angle, then up-drill to #30.

Will rivet the brackets in place, clean up the metal shavings, and rivet the upper skin. Will of course leave the fuel tank bay un-riveted until the tank is installed.
