Brief Description:  Up-drill nose ribs, install nose skins, and drill

Not much in the way of things, just a lot of tedious work.

Drilled all nose rib flanges, first to #30, then final size of #20. Deburred.

Installed inboard and outboard nose skins, along with root rib skin. Cleco'd in place.

Started drilling the main spar. You use the aft skins on top of the nose skins, since the aft skins have the pilot holes. Final installation will have the nose skins on top of the aft skins.

I started drilling every other main spar hole to #40; I mostly wanted just to cover a lot of ground.

Will go back and do the holes I missed to #40, but my drill battery died.

Will then have to up-drill to #30, then finally to #20. There's a LOT of holes in that main spar.

Once that is done, will remove all skins & deburr, and also install the strut fitting assemblies. I *could* rivet the skins at that point, but learning from the lower skins, I'll leave everything open while I install the L-angle stiffeners on the TOP skin first.
