Brief Description:  Skeleton Rivet / Spar Debur & Rivet

First up was to complete riveting the nose and rear ribs to the main spar using A5 rivets.

Next, I had a few A6 (BIG!) rivets on each end. Two A6's hold the root rib nose and rear ribs; had to ream the holes for the rivets to go through.

Next, the upper and lower rows of rivets holding the spar tip extension in place required A6's. Again, I had to use a chucking reamer to ensure the holes were the correct size.

After that, I attached the two L-angles on the main spar and rear spar that will hold the fiberglass wingtip in place. This took A4 rivets. That completed the basic skeleton.

Next I took some time and thoroughly deburred all aft spar components. The aft spar, due to length, comes in two parts - inner and outer. They are joined with a splice plate. Additionally, the inboard section of spar has upper/lower doubler angles the full length, as well as a 1/8" thick plate backer the first 10" (guessing) of the inboard spar.

After cleaning up all parts, I cleco'd everything together. I noticed an issue with the pre-drilled splice doubler channel preventing correct mating, leaving gaps between parts to be riveted. I've contacted Zenith about this issue. so only riveted the inboard spar components.
