Prepared upper and lower longerons. The upper longerons need to have a twist induced into them per plans. First you need to fabricate soem holder blocks from wood so you can put the longeron in a vise to twist 10 degrees inboard at the front end. After that, several notches and areas to cut out of the aluminum and then file and deburr the areas.
