Back to work... Spring weather lead to lots of outdoor work and yard/garden preparation so no progress on the RV for several weeks. Back to work and I am deburring the flap parts more for priming. One comment made by the EAA tech counselor when he visited was that I could clean up the skin edges a little better so I am spending more time here and have a better process now. Starting with a vixen file I run it lengthwise to knock down the cutting burrs from the factory. Next is the edge deburring tool to remove the sharp edges and finally use the Dremel multi tool with a maroon Scotch Brite pad to finish the edges. So far, this is working out much better and resulting in better skin edges.
