Brief Description: Debur parts and match drill J channel
Started removing the blue plastic from the wing parts and begin to deebur the parts. Also started on the match drilling of the J channel pieces to the main spar. The J channel stock comes in 6 - 8 foot pieces and 4 - 6 foot pieces and you need to cut the required lengths from this stock. Each spar needs 2 pcs 73 9/32 and 2 pcs 46 1/8. Use only the 8 foot lengths for this operation. Each spar will need 3 of the 8 foot pcs to make the required lengths. If you use the 6 foot lengths for the shorter pcs you will not have enough length to make the pcs later in the tanks and leading edge parts. This is not mentioned in the plans.
